2. Dual Mode Adhesive Supply System for Full-Scenario RTV / Thermal Gel Applications
Targeting mainstream packaging formats including 2600 ml RTV silicone cartridges and 150 cc thermal gel syringes, the equipment is equipped with a dual adhesive supply system supporting one-key switching. It accommodates adhesives with viscosity ranging from 1,000 to 200,000 cps, covering various fluids such as RTV silicone, thermal gel, epoxy adhesive and UV adhesive dispensing machine .


●Dispensing valve configuration: Standard medium back-pull valve + screw valve , with adjustable back-pull shut-off stroke to eliminate stringing and leakage of high-viscosity adhesives.

The equipment integrates a 1.3-megapixel CCD vision system (Hikvision camera) with Mark point positioning, laser height measurement and automatic deviation correction, completely eliminating manual dependence.
