II. Core Advantages of Star Product: SEC-S3030-C Automatic Two-Component Potting Machine

At this exhibition, Second Intelligent showcased its 2024 NEPCON Best Product – the SEC-S3030-C Two-Component Automatic Potting Machine. Developed to address pain points such as inaccurate AB glue ratios, uneven mixing, air bubbles, high material loss, and low production efficiency caused by manual mixing, the machine is suitable for large and medium-sized mass production and small-batch, multi-category mixed production models in Southeast Asia.

1. Closed-loop Precision Metering & Lower Material Waste

Equipped with a dual stepper-drive metering module (gear/plunger pump optional), the machine supports 1:1 to 10:1 adjustable glue ratios, with ±2% proportioning and dispensing accuracy — much higher than manual ±5%+ error. It eliminates defective products from uncured glue, cracking and yellowing. Sealed dual material tanks with level alarm and automatic vacuum feeding reduce glue waste by 15%-20%.
